Returns & Refunds Policy
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers have the right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving their goods.
You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging where possible.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return unless faulty:
- Perishable goods
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Sealed products that have been opened where hygiene or health protection applies
- Software, digital downloads, or licences once activated
- Business-to-business special-order products
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If you receive faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods, please contact us as soon as possible.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Refund Process
Once returned goods have been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are normally issued within 14 days.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error or a faulty product, we will cover reasonable return costs.
- For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs unless otherwise stated.
